Shipping and Returns
We will dispatch your order within 48 hours of your purchase (next two business days in the Netherlands). You will receive a confirmation after you have made your purchase. We will send you the shipping details when we are about to dispatch.
All products are sent from the Netherlands. There is no pick up location as we do not have a physical store or warehouse.
Domestic (Netherlands) purchases are mostly shipped with PostNL and Europe purchases with DPD unless they are specified otherwise.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY BUY ONE SENSEWIRED WORKBOOK PER PURCHASE.

Europe Zone 1 :€9,90 (Austria, Denmark, France and Luxembourg)
Europe Zone 2 : €14,90 (Czechia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Monaco, Croatia, Finland, Greece, United Kingdom)
As United Kingdom is not a member of the EU, the purchase will be exempted from (tax) VAT charges.
Please note that SENSEWIRED is not liable for any customs or duty taxes applicable for the country of receipt.
United States & Canada and other countries not mention above.
We are not officially selling to the US, Canada and other countries not mentioned above. But if you would like to purchase our Sensewired workbook please send us an email to sensewired@sensewired.com We will be happy to discuss with you the possibilities and terms to which you can get it.
Change of shipping address
You can only change your shipping address when your parcel has not yet been dispatched to our logistics partners.
Product damaged in transit.
We expect to be notified within one week if an item has been damaged in transit or if it is faulty upon arrival. Please email sensewired@sensewired.com to let us know and include:
1. a picture of damaged workbook;
2. description of the damaged workbook;
3. your order number.
You will then receive further instructions from us within 3 business days.
We’ll give you a full refund, by the same method you used to pay.
Product Returns
If you would like to return the Sensewired Workbook you bought, please find instructions below:
Unwanted product (NOT FAULTY OR DAMAGED)
* Item must be received within 30 days of receipt of your delivery;
* Item must be in their original saleable condition and packaging;
* Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs and for the safely arrival of the package back to us.
How to return:
1. To return the item to us, please email sensewired@sensewired.com and include:
– FULL NAME
– ORDER NUMBER
– PHONE NUMBER
– REASON FOR RETURN
2. Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely, include a copy of your original receipt and post it back to us. We strongly advise you to obtain a tracking number when posting your item;

What comes next?
Once your order has reached us, we will issue you a full product refund (excluding postage); this could take up to 2 to 3 days after we received the parcel back. Please note refunds to debit or credit cards can take around 3 days to clear, depending on your card provider. Refunds to PayPal are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
